Merlene Emerson, Chair of CLDs said:

"We are delighted that Paddy has been appointed Chair of the 2015 Election campaign. For our part we will continue our outreach to the so-called hard to reach communities such as the Chinese and SE Asian communities and to introduce the democratic process to all those who follow our elections in the UK and abroad."
